• Led end-to-end warehouse automation projects across multiple Jabil Penang plants, from initial discovery through design, implementation, and commissioning. • Delivered comprehensive E2E automation solutions, optimizing warehouse operations for efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. • Collaborated closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery, aligned with defined processes and operational requirements.

Implement cutting-edge manufacturing methods that control product production and delivery through automation. While preserving product quality, following to internal procedures and external regulations, the goal is to simplify the production process and make it as efficient as feasible. My duties include: - Creating an automation system to regulate the process in collaboration with process control engineers. - Deciding on and setting up a controller, as well as creating communication between the controller, sensors, and actuators. - Modeling, setting up, testing, and overseeing mechanical or electrical automation. - Constantly keeping an eye on the automated procedures.

• Generate New Product Introduction (NPI) and update Quality Instruction (QI) as per customer requirement. • Generate Quality Alert Notice (QAN) in order to avoid any same defect to happen per customer feedback. • Support team to track jig fixture usage in production line to avoid escapee and upload the data into Jig Fixture Tracker. • Support team to measure Connector Height Measurement of certain model using Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM).
