Daily maintenance and checklist to be done every week in 5 SIT (Singapore Institute of Technology) in Singapore. Every week will be a rotation to different institutions for daily maintenance. Travel to site if needed to handle issues or complaints from clients. Rectify problems that arise on site as well as assist contractor on jobs. Daily job objective or maintenance checklist to be updated.

Responsible for set up, operations and tear down of audio, visual equipment, devices and system for events. Maintain and repair all AV equipment while ensuring all inventory is in good working condition. To always maintain company safety, security policies and procedures.

Maintenance of building electrical such as servicing of aircon. General work basis such as piping, plumbing and mechanical. Attend to complaint and handling reports and ensuring that process of work is completed on a timely basis. Conducting regular building inspections as per assigned by Chief Engineer. Being proactive in progressive checks and follow up on rectification and improvement works. Participate and coordinate with tenants in annual fire evacuation drill and building electrical power shut down conduct by landlord.
