In Procurement, I am involved in various responsibilities that contribute to the efficient management of procurement processes. This includes tasks such as checking any PO cases, overseeing the cancellation of purchase orders, and ensuring compliance with the Bank Indonesia SIMODIS system. One crucial aspect of my role is managing the end-to-end process of ordering goods or services. This involves meticulous record-keeping and coordination with vendors to guarantee the timely receipt of items. Reporting and documentation are integral components of my responsibilities. I compile detailed reports on procurement activities and maintain thorough documentation of all transactions. Compliance with both state regulations and company policies is a top priority to ensure the legality of our procurement processes. Building and maintaining positive relationships with vendors is another vital aspect of my role. I actively contribute to the evaluation of vendor performance and provide feedback to enhance service quality. Additionally, I assist in the meticulous verification and processing of vendor invoices in accordance with company policies. My role extends to collaborating with other teams within the organization, such as finance or logistics departments, to ensure seamless alignment of procurement activities. I am also involved in vendor research, helping in the request for quotations, and participating in the selection of vendors based on specific criteria. Negotiation is a key skill that I employ to support the procurement team in securing the best value for goods or services. Additionally, I conduct procurement audits to ensure compliance and process integrity. Fraud analysis is also an essential part of my role, allowing me to identify and mitigate potential risks effectively. Continuous skills development is essential in this dynamic field, and I actively engage in learning and improving my knowledge of procurement practices.

Playing a role in the Inventory Buffer & Stock Management of the company, I successfully developed a web program to manage hardware inventory. Involved in various projects, including 7 Eleven, Alfamart, BNPT server, Yamaha Music, Sumirubber, BTPN, Harvest, and more. Responsibilities include providing technical support via phone, email, or tickets, installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware and software. Offering support for customer networks and infrastructure, conducting maintenance on systems, software, and hardware. Analyzing and resolving complex technical issues, collaborating with development teams or third parties. Conducting user training on specific hardware or software usage, creating training materials and user guides. Implementing data backup strategies and updating technical documentation and user guides. Providing technical consultation to departments or teams within the customer's organization, evaluating and recommending new technology solutions.
