We also aim to be a platform for promising student artists to grow both as artists and leaders by providing opportunities to build their skills through workshops and to initiate as well as manage art-related events. Areas that I focused on: Coordinated with Marketing Director to design promotional materials using Adobe Photoshop, increasing efficiency by 40% Liaised closely with Directors of other departments in Marketing Director’s absence

* RedFilo Events LLC is an event management agency that strives to deliver superior quality with the client's interests in mind. Areas I contributed to: * Implemented a more efficient method of processing accounts as part of a team, which reduced overtime hours by 50% * Organized duty roster of staff and volunteers to ensure smooth operations * Assumed duties of Head Administrator in her absence

* Shang Market Pte Ltd is an online platform aimed at bridging the gap between traditional retailers and the growing e-commerce industry. Areas that I contributed to: * Designed a new interface for a subsidiary, FishingKings.com, in collaboration with the Tech Team for a more comfortable user experience. * Photographed and processed more than 600 products using Adobe Photoshop for better quality pictures in order to appeal to more potential customers. * Managed social media accounts along with other interns. * Executed day-to-day operations such as managing accounts, listing products for different merchants, and packing and delivering products to customers.

Areas that I focus on: Designed fresh and contemporary promotional materials for events such as a watercolour painting workshop using Adobe Photoshop and InDesign to attract participants and enhance the club’s branding. - The annual on-campus art exhibition VOICE by SMU students saw an increase in number of visitors by approximately 150%.

* Idea Ink is a start-up that communicates data through clean visuals – producing visual assets for clients’ branding, marketing and corporate communication needs. * Spearheaded the project management of more than 70 successful projects in over 6 countries, including clients such as Fujitsu, Air Asia and Unilever – from the discussion stage to tracking and receiving payment. * Resolved inbound leads by proposing and delivering solutions in a timely manner, resulting in clients such as Bosch, Amazon Web Services and The Open Vault by OCBC. * Managed the corporate financial account and tracked all external and internal transactions on Xero, a cloud-based system. * Established standard operating procedures with fellow founding teammates.
