DESCRIPTION • A program called #BHXGEN Bootcamp organized by Baker Hughes to get to know more about Baker Hughes of oil and gas industry. An excellent program and the program gave a clearer insight of the Finance Department in Baker Hughes. • Successfully led a team of 4 members in researching, planning and analyzed given case study by developing an optimized team plan with the topic of the investment and adoption of advanced finance technology (FINTECH) and seeking out opportunities to create efficiencies and increase productivity within the finance organization. • Responsible to delegate task and assist team members and fully utilize critical thinking in decision making and problem solving as well as delivered a pitch to the CFO of Baker Hughes.
