Identify trends, cost drivers, and areas for improvement to positively impact direct margins. * Direct Margin Control: Work closely with operational teams to manage and enhance direct margins, optimizing revenue and cost structures within the transportation operations and collaborate with commercial team * Dashboard Review - Direct Margin: Oversee and analyze the Direct Margin Dashboard for Projects and Non-Projects, providing insights to optimize margins in both areas. * Direct Cost Review - Shipment and Non-Shipment: Analyze and review direct costs related to shipments and non-shipment aspects, identifying opportunities for cost control and margin enhancement. * Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with the finance team to develop budgets, forecasts, and cost-saving initiatives.
