I lead the quality assurance efforts for Simmons Bank’s digital banking platforms, ensuring secure, stable, and high-performing web and mobile applications.Validated critical banking ETL workflows involving customer, transaction, loan, and ACH data, ensuring accurate transformations and reconciled outputs across warehouse layers. I designed and implemented hybrid and BDD automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver, Cypress.io, Appium, and Cucumber, integrating them with Jenkins and GitHub Actions for efficient CI/CD execution. My responsibilities include automating end-to-end workflows for payments, loans, account management, and credit card modules, as well as API validation using Rest Assured, Postman, and SOAP UI Pro.
