Responsible to provide end to end recruitment solutions, by realizing a particular client’s need and thereby customize and streamline the sourcing processes accordingly . Develop and implement numerous sourcing strategies including referral generation, advertisement placement, position postings, direct sourcing /cold calling, headhunting from similar service industries, build and utilize exhaustive network of candidates thereby reducing dependency on Jobsites Responsible for analysis of market movements & recruitment trends of the IT Industry and focus on establishing, maintaining, and improving client relationships for the accounts assigned. Lead a team of 2 members, responsible for reviewing the requirements and assigning daily activities to the team members.
