By the time you finish reading this, hundreds of kilos of flowers will be wasted across India, from weddings, temples, events, and homes. Flower waste is a serious issue, yet normalised here.I grew up in a family business that exported flowers and often heard my dad say, “Jo phool 4–5 din ke andar nahi bikte, unhe fekna padta hai.” What was inventory loss for him felt like a real gap to me.Neerja was born from that gap. We work with dried and used flowers and upcycle them into lifestyle products designed to quietly fit into everyday homes.India is slowly moving towards mindful consumption. People are beginning to ask where things come from and where they go after use. Neerja exists in that space. 🪷We’re still pre-launch and building with care. Going live very soon. 🚀
