1. Solution Design & Architecture o Design and validate technical solutions for enterprise and wholesale clients across mobile (e.g. 5G, LTE), fixed, cloud, edge, IoT, and security domains. o Translate customer requirements into scalable, cost-effective solution architectures. o Ensure solutions align with internal product capabilities and roadmaps. 2. Pre-Sales & Bid Support o Support commercial teams in pre-sales activities, including customer meetings, presentations, and technical workshops. o Lead the technical response to RFPs, RFIs, and customer proposals, ensuring timely, accurate, and competitive submissions. 3. Customer Engagement o Act as a trusted technical advisor to key enterprise and wholesale customers, building long-term relationships. o Lead technical discovery sessions to assess customer needs and define solution strategies. 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration o Work with internal teams (Product, Sales, Operations, Delivery) to ensure end-to-end alignment on solution strategy and execution. o Liaise with third-party vendors and ecosystem partners to integrate best-in-class components into customer solutions. 5. Project Handover & Support o Provide technical handover to delivery and operations teams, ensuring a smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation. o Support post-sales activities where deep solution knowledge is required. 6. Technology Leadership & Innovation o Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas and support to product team and customers o Contribute to the development of new solution offerings and use cases tailored to industry verticals (e.g., manufacturing, logistics, healthcare).

• Leading in transmission planning that involving End to End transmission planning, design and delivery pertaining to support such as mobile, enterprise network and so on. • Accountable to the development, establishment and optimization of Transmission System Engineering Standards, Guidelines and Technical Specifications of Telecommunications and related network of service for Transmission Planning and Design (IPRAN and Microwave). • Ensure the successful implementation of all Transmission projects as to meet the current operational year as well as design efficiency to strive for Digi’s growth projection, cost saving, system reliability and robustness that eventually to support the revenue and other company/divisional and/or departmental KPIs and objectives. • Participate in the development of subsequent year/s Business and Annual Operating Plan (immediate year plan + next 2 years projection) to support Network, Service expansion and support the operational targets inclusive new technologies /techniques consideration and best practices. • Transmission Network capacity planning & management. • Lead and participate in projects that lead to operational efficiency to strive for continuous CAPEX and OPEX reduction through transmission infra/capacity exchange and design optimization. • Collaboration with internal customers and Procurement on vendor negotiation.

Global support team involved in transmission technology mainly on WDM, SDH and IP/MPLS. Specific on 2nd level support that involves request pools, mainly in ASIA countries. - Projects involvement: • Telecom Malaysia rollout and support. (SDH and DWDM) • VHA (Australia) SDH Planning and Design. • RapidKL tender on SDH new rollout • VMS 3G project (Vietnam) rollout on PTN and TDM. • Chung Hwa Telecom (Taiwan) Nationwide DWDM planning and rollout. • and so on.
