• Managing preparation of Proforma Invoices, Sales Contracts, and export-related documentation. • Coordinating with the Planning Team for sales order processing and expected dispatch schedules. • Tracking dispatch timelines and communicating shipment schedules to international customers. • Handling customer communication regarding order status, shipment updates, and operational queries. • Monitoring special packaging requirements to ensure compliance with customer specifications. • Executing post-shipment activities including sharing Shipping Documents and Bills of Lading (BL) with customers. • Updating customers on vessel movement, ETD/ETA, and shipment progress from port of loading to destination port. • Providing shipment tracking details including Booking Numbers, Container Numbers, and Shipping Line information. • Following up on payment status and maintaining records of BL dates and shipment documentation. • Managing Cargo Insurance processes and preparing documentation required for issuance of Certificate of Origin (COO). • Supporting customers through timely coordination and effective resolution of export-related issues. • Conducting Lead Generation activities and identifying potential international customers to support business growth.
