I’m Swaranjali Atkar, an MBA graduate in HR and Marketing from Indira School of Business Studies, currently working in Talent Acquisition. I focus on building high-impact tech teams by partnering closely with stakeholders to understand enterprise hiring needs and deliver the right talent at the right time. With hands-on experience in strategic sourcing, screening, and shortlisting technology professionals, I actively leverage platforms like Naukri, Linkedin while managing end-to-end interview coordination and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for candidates.
