Passionate about Robotics and Deep Tech, with years of experience building and leading teams in software and robotics. After working for years in the software industry, I joined Peppermint Robotics, where I built and led the software team to create intelligent analytics and deployment products, including the first Peppermint Dashboard. As a Senior Robotics Engineer, I developed user-facing path planning tools, algorithms, first version of the Material Movement Robotics Stack and the first version of the Obstacle Avoidance system. Later, I led the Special Projects Business Unit, delivering Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs), custom Mobile Manipulators, and Fleet Management solutions directly to customers. Currently building a startup in India to design, manufacture and deploy cost-effective multi-purpose humanoids for multiple domains.

Includes leading end to end (RFQ to Technical Evaluation to Engineering to Deployment) projects for custom solutions and all non-cleaning robots • Responsible for technical evaluation of the customer requirement, proposing a novel technical solution as required, and making it possible by working with Peppermint vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders. • Also responsible for all customer interaction, deployment, and customer success Project Specific Achievements that I'm proud of: • worked with 2 other Robotics startups to build and demo a custom Mobile Manipulator (Cobot on AMR base) system within a month. -- -- Responsible for the Electrical Integration, AMR Robotics Software Customisation, Master Controller Software Integration (with customer PLCs and the Cobot arm), overall Team Coordination and Customer Interaction. -- -- This was built for a large Japanese Customer. • Built a plugin based Fleet Manager for AMRs for a large customer from scratch, including integration with the Peppermint Robotics Stack. -- -- For continuous monitoring and traffic management. It is modular and expandable via custom plugins.

Projects I’m proud of: • Built an in-house Path Planning and Editing Toolbox from grounds up.
