Preparing documents for ISO 9001, 14001, BRC Maintenance Operations Planning and effecting preventive maintenance schedules of various machineries and instruments to increase machine up time and equipment reliability. Proactively identifying areas of obstruction/breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the equipments. Notable Contributions Developed many production records during operating. Alleviated the cost by reducing the wastage.

Handled the entire process of Gravity Die Casting, Low Pressure Die Casting & Melt furnace. Reduction of cost by lowest consumption of melt furnace oil.
