Job Particulars: • Working as a Technical support engineer for west region ( including Maharashtra, Goa, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat region) • Provided technical support to customer for fixing a complex problem • Resolve all ID card printer related issues & handling Annual Maintenance contract. • Assist Sales team for meetings with clients and customers to meet their requirements • Installation & training of ID card printer of Zebra & Suprema Access control device. • Maintenance of service call,RMA record & AMC payment follow-up • New lead generation & Promotion of sales of all the Zebra & Suprema products. • Attending Exhibitions for sales promotion • Handling projects like installation of Time & Attendance Software & Suprema Access control devices at big Call Centre like Lume9n 21. • Providing technical support to big projects of Government like ESIC, RTO, , Mumbai Bus Project for Trimax, Card Personalization for Seshasai. • Provides detailed documentation of all technical issues within call tracking database. • Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data center. • Maintained the internal hardware and software configuration of A-ID Systems Projects handled:- • Seshasai Business Farm: Complete successful Installation of Network Magnetic Encoding Printers. It is an Online web base project .We provide solution for Card printing and magnetic encoding. • RSBY (Rashtriya Swasthya BimaYojna):RSBY objective is to protect the people below poverty line for healthcare to avoid poor people falling into death trap. We appointed engineers at all over Maharashtra locations. Handle all location reporting & keep track of work. Provide online & onsite (if require) support to resolve technical problems.
