• Taking full responsibility from product development until the order has been shipped with right quality. • Analyzing the order upon receipt. • Making critical path for proper order execution & reporting to Buying Team every week. • Coordinating with QA department for smooth order execution. •Maintaining ERP ‘SAP’ system for issuing/amending PO as well as monitoring the shipment status. • Visiting the factories consistently to keep Buying Team updated about new fashion trends as well as the production status of running orders. • Ensuring “Passed” test result for all fabrics & trims as per BIG W Test Standards. • Giving approval for trims & packaging, price ticket & care label layout, lab dips, bulk fabrics & wash etc. • Negotiating price with different suppliers to offer the best price to Buying Team. • Product development according with Buyer’s teck pack. • Communicating with Buyer for technical clarification, when required. •Follow up Everyday production report from supplier end & follow up CP with supplier. •Maintain Lap dip file, Buk fabric, PSO, hand loom, Bulk Shade approval. •Trims, all kind of Label & hang tag lay out approval according with WAF. •Maintain quotation sheet & BOI received, Review and send to factory. •Review proto, pp sample document & sent to QA for approval. •Chasing for approval of sample or any approval from Buying team or QA & send to supplier. •Follow up the every booking of supplier. •Communicate with 3rd party inspection company for PSI related issue & confirm for IC. •Follow up for Production file & giving approval for handed oved the file to 3rd party Inspection company. •Help to senior in everyday merchandising aspect. •Receive Teck pack from designer & send to supplier. •Addition: WIF Form making, Chasing for cargo booking.
