Leading multi-disciplinary creative teams and client relations during development of exhibition concept, 3D modeling, exhibition and experience design, architectural and landscape concept and design, interactive design, graphic design, technical design, selection and design of technical equipment, design and selection of materials and manufacturers of decorations and interactive installations, stage show, content, multimedia production, brand, visitor experience, territory development.

Responsible for project planning and execution – themed street performances within the framework of the festival “Riyadh Seasons” in Saudi Arabia. Managing team of 70+ international artist and 9 team leaders in 4 park venues during 5 months of festival. Successfully delivered consistently high standards of more than 4000 street performances.

Being part of the team responsible for large-scale reconstruction of the territory and development of the Exhibition. Heading the development of the creative part of the project “Themed park” and leading multi-disciplinary internal and third-party creative teams during themed concept, architectural concept, master planning, attraction and decoration design, technical design, content development, fabrication and production stages.

Development and implementation of medical projects – organisation of medical services at remote facilities (oil rigs, fabrics in Siberia and Moscow region etc.). Successfully implemented the project in the Kara Sea under tight deadlines, launch of medical services on 14 ships and vessels simultaneously. Managed operational processes – procurement, personnel management, trainings. Managed processes of recruiting, onboarding, training, teambuilding and supervising for more than 50 temporary staff. Account management and upsales of new products to current customers.

Led the team of 100+ volunteers. Managed processes of recruiting, onboarding, training, teambuilding and supervising volunteers. Worked with others to ensure the smooth and high-quality operation of the entire Olympic village. Acted as manager on duty providing operational and people management.

End-to-end management of event projects – successfully delivered 20+ events including series of educational events in Russia and CIS countries in 10+ cities, series of road-trips and launches in 5+ cities in Italy and Spain and deliveries of the sponsorship packages within framework of big city festivals.
