- Developing and implementing production plans to meet customer demand while optimizing resource utilization - Optimizing production sequence to decrease number of change-overs while sustaining optimum buffer stock of semifinished products - Coordinating material flow between production units - Keeping Production report data analysis and implementing data driven changes needed to level optimum production plan and highlight potential problems occurring - Ramp up – ramp down for product changes and material changes avoiding obsolescence of material

- Preparation of production orders for finished goods and pre-assemblies, taking into account production requirements and capacities - Setting planned requirements based on sales planning and sales order processing - Ensuring compliance with the order sequence in coordination with the production department - Responsibility for inventory of finished goods and adherence to inventory targets - Logistical control of start-ups and restart-ups, creation of various evaluations/statistics - Involvement in ECM process and follow up on revision changes as well as status and quantity of obsolete material

- Cross check material consumption on production orders through both SAP and ITAC - Periodical cycle count - Monitor and check accuracy of shopfloor inventory and order status - Monitor material flow related to production process to ensure highest possible outcome - Check that work tasks are planned regarding to resources, material capacity, machines maintenance - Identify potential risks in the material flow, maintenace and production demand

• Purchase logistics – finding and assessing suppliers, coordinating and executing all purchasing requirements, delivery follow up, preparation of import documents in direct contact with freight and forwarding agencies • Sales logistics – coordinating and executing processes in direct sales, preparation of export documents in direct contact with freight and forwarding agencies • Production capacity planning with MRP • Stock monitoring – annual inventory • Monitoring of all temporary import processes – customers packaging and tools/equipment, with regular reporting to the Customs office • Annual reporting to the Statistics Office of Republic of Serbia • Team member for Product development projects and Production transfer projects • SAP key user LE; MM; SD; PP

• Monitoring and coordination of financial activities of the company through the Cash Flow report, both on a daily basis and periodically, harmonizing the liquidity of the company and informing the top management about the company's liquidity and solvency • Carrying out activities of the sales process from bid to delivery logistics and billing, in direct communication with customers • Logistics and customs clearance for export and import • Office administration

• Monitoring and coordination of financial activities of the company through the Cash Flow report, both on a daily basis and periodically, harmonizing the liquidity of the company and informing the top management about the company's liquidity and solvency • Initiating, monitoring and coordination of the execution of all commercial, financial and other contracts or contractual obligations and debts of the company in close cooperation with the attorney of the company, as well as the preparation and drafting of new contracts • Communication with banks in terms of credit transactions and payments, document preparation and contracting arrangements in credit operations. • Direct monitoring, organizing, and coordination of commercial activities of the company, purchasing, sales, warehouse operations, Department of Human Resources and Administration Department. • Analysis of financial statements of the company, organizing, and preparation of the company’s business plan and collaboration with the external audit company.
