Recruited and established a high performing semiconductor operations team, including supply chain, manufacturing and quality assurance and management, located in Norway and Taiwan. Ensured successful supply chain establishment, CrayoNano's own operating fab processes and and logistics, establishment of strategic partnerships, and new product introduction processes, bringing in CrayoNano's novel nanomaterial technology into a semiconductor operating ecosystem consisting of high-level semiconductor fabs.

Responsible for OEM product business operations, including supply chain, factories, warehouses, customer operations, production engineering, and new product introduction programs. Leading programs such as restructuring of supply chain, relocation and lean transformation of factories, next generation smoke detector Release To Production, implementation of automated assembly line, and lean-six sigma training and deployment. Leading day-to-day order fulfillment operations, comprising of, procurement, production, customer orders, distribution and deliveries of standard systems and products, service stocks, and complex engineer-to-build deliveries to large customer systems (ship-building, oil, gas, petrochemical, industrial). Leading team-oriented improvements in business operation, scopes such as communication, ERP, maintenance, production efficiency, logistics, QA.

Responsible for SMT factory and supply chain. Low- and medium volume, high mix electronics and electromech. applications (traffic & surveillance, maritime, fire & safety, ++). Project manager for ERP implementation. Lead quality improvement program, improving PPM significantly, involving TQM, 5S, and lean operations. Conceptualized and implemented NPI methodology.

Responsible for production, logistics, and warehousing, of SMT and thick-film manufacturing services (EMS). Production management, team leadership, lean transformation program. Driving performance improvements of order fulfillment, PPM, COGS, maintenance, of high-volume SMT and robotized end-assembly lines for automotive and industrial customers. Sustaining and improving, through focused team- and project efforts (such as six-sigma, 5S, ERP upgrade, MES implementation, TPM program). Ensuring TS-16949 compliancy and working with automotive customers (gearshift, fuel-gauge, and more) as well as other industries (traffic systems, aquaculture, optoelectronics, and more). Lead APQP process implementations.

Supporting customers with preparatory to ISO-9001:2001 certification; process mapping, project management, internal audits. Performing analysis and support to customers with organizational changes and IT- and logistics- strategies and implementations for performance improvements.

One of founders of startup, developing and patenting system software for capturing mobile phone users' preferences, to be applied to better services and commercial utilization. This was predecessor technology of today's cookies and inbuilt app user data capture.

2-year Entrepreneurship MSc program, as addendum to the MSc Mechanical Engineering education, while working on company startup
