Leading a team working on Supplier Recharging, revenue has increased by 50% since joining the team a year ago. Also leading a team in payroll services for 400 people, ensuring accurate data is recorded on the payroll and IT systems including new join, leaver, overtime, annual leave, sickness and contract change processes.

Project Office Assistant Worked on a high profile, fast moving IT project, which involved extensive diary management for the Project Manager and the whole team (200+ people) and included organising Programme Board and Steering Group meetings involving the Executive Board members. Planned workshop sessions, monitored attendance, arranged room bookings, serviced meetings, published meeting agenda’s and minutes, supported the creation of key documents/packs for Governance meetings. PA duties for the UK Sales and Marketing Manager included, minute taking, fielding all calls, booking accommodation/travel, assisting with Marketing mail-outs and placing advertising. Organised all exhibitions attended by the Micro Medical Sales team including all paperwork, demonstration stock, stand equipment, accommodation and travel arrangements. General office duties included, database management, ordering supplies, raising purchase orders, checking invoices.
