Volunteered as lead for the Wellness Committee to promote fitness throughout the Gulf of Mexico - including running a health fair for the Gulf of Mexico. Worked with all new hires in on-boarding, training and acclimation to their new roles at a new facility. .

Managed relationships with 8 - 10 Universities to recruit Technical Positions for the Gulf of Mexico and North America. Ran Engineering Recruitment program for the Gulf of Mexico which averaged 40 full time hires and 10 interns per year. Managed the Gulf of Mexico Applicant Tracking System - hiring as many as 30 employees month: identifying the needs for each role, review of applicants, interviewing recommendations and on-boarding initiation.

California Federal Bank - Top Producing Loan officer closing over 200 loans in 1987. Promoted to District Sales Manager, running Reseda, CA Loan origination office of 15 loan officers - this office became the top producing loan office in the organization. Retained as the Regional Manager over Southern CA when California Federal merged with Glendale Federal Bank.
