Responsible for Client Satisfaction for Triparty and Derivative Collateral Management clients, the role demands a strong passion and commitment to excellence in service delivery by continually focusing on and monitoring client accounts to identify any issues and drive changes to client models to improve the speed and efficiency of processes, technology and the product offering. The role requires excellent communication, influencing and negotiating skills to effectively manage client accounts and internal partners and colleagues globally to ensure timely resolution of issues and to complete any ongoing developments and projects.

Responsible for marketing and raising the profile of the Client Liaison service. Creating and maintaining new relationships and responding to client, colleague or market enquiries regarding trading and settlement within the South East Asian and Emerging Markets equity business.

Brought in specifically to raise awareness of the Client Liaison function, I represented the team at corporate functions, lectures and seminars. I approached priority Institutional Banking clients to promote and maintain excellent working relationships and was responsible for monitoring and maintaining Service Level Agreements for Equity Operations. I regularly met with the business development team to agree strategies for client relationship management. I was responsible for handling the immediate demands of clients, counter-parties and colleagues world-wide regarding equity trading and settlement and offered solutions, advice and reassurance.
