Suzannah Farnell specialises in providing complex inheritance tax and succession planning advice for wealthy individuals. She has extensive expertise in the administration of high value and complex estates including estates with cross jurisdictional issues. Prior to founding Progeny Private Law, Suzannah worked as a solicitor for Gordons LLP. Her experience includes advising some of the region's wealthiest individuals and their families, advising directors of major PLCs, advising clients with foreign property and domiciles issues, often working together with specialists in other jurisdictions. Suzannah is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and is also a member of the Law Society Private Client Section. Suzannah is also one of the founding members of HUB - an informal and friendly private client network that started five years ago and now meets regularly in Leeds.

I worked within the private client team for the next nine years before leaving to set up Progeny Private Law together with Frances Davies, Martin Hasyn and Simon Glazebrook. During my time at Gordons I dealt with all areas of private client advice moving towards specialising in advising high net worth individuals, business owners and their families on both their inheritance tax and succession planning. I also gained particular expertise in dealing with high net worth and cross jurisdictional estate administration.
