Suzanna Zainal Abidin is an Associate Business Architect based in PETRONAS ICT Sdn Bhd Kuala Lumpur office. She had the experience in business architecture, business analysis, relationship management and business development. She has recently worked in several departments in PETRONAS ICT namely ICT Strategy & Architecture, Oil & Gas Consulting and Business Development & Client Management department for 6 years , involved in various projects across Downstream (LNG, Petrochemical, Gas Processing, Refinery & Fertilizer Plants), Upstream, Logistics (EPC, Supply and Distribution) and Education (University, Science Centre). Suzanna has been recently involved in Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS on a business & ICT transformation project. Suzanna holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin in Madison, USA.
