I am certified and have extensive experience in executive coaching, career coaching and motivational assessments utilizing the System for Identifying Motivates Abilities (SIMA)® tool. It's my desire and passion to help my clients understand and optimize their natural strengths, clarify their areas of passion and purpose, and help them integrate this with their belief systems and work/life role. I assist in executive searches to match candidate motivation with job requirements to help ensure job fit. I help develop succession planning processes, leadership development tools, talent management systems, and critical role competency requirements. I design and deliver seminars and workshops on team effectiveness as well as workshops that utilize the System for Identifying Motivates Abilities (SIMA)® technology to help individuals/ groups understand their giftedness, personal motivation and ideal job fit. I am adjunct faculty in the Masters of Organizational Leadership at Bethel University, where I teach Leadership Assessment.
