• Ownership of Accounts Payable cycle for UAE and KSA, including but not limited to Invoicing, reconciliations, escalation and coordination with various suppliers on payment related queries. • Auditing and analyzing the trends in spending across different cost categories and reporting any significant changes to Department Head on monthly basis. • Preparation of various cost, prepayments and accrual schedules to support Department Head in Monthly Financials finalization. • Posting of prepayments and running automation to ensure amortization on monthly basis. • Reconciling complex accounts that have been historically inaccurately closed and ensuring avoidance of continuous need for reconciliation. • Liaising with Sales Team to raise sales invoices, recording revenue, chasing debt, and resolving customer queries.

✓ Responsible for tracking all owner project costs on multiple projects and providing monthly cost reports for all Capital and Construction projects. ✓ Perform monthly internal audits of multiple accounts such as Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. ✓ Prepare Projects financial status reports for Project Managers and Upper Management. ✓ Prepare and analyze various financial statements quarterly and review jobs in process. ✓ Review all Sub-Contractor pay requests regularly for accuracy and proper documentation. ✓ Responsible for reviewing, maintaining, and improving internal control policies ensuring data accuracy and integrity. ✓ Perform Cost to Complete Analysis for multiple construction projects. ✓ Compute VAT owed, prepare VAT returns and ensure timely filing and payment of VAT. ✓ Preparing, generating and maintaining Payroll documentation, ensuring accuracy of all information and adherence to Labor Law. ✓ Reconciliation and understanding of all Balance Sheet Accounts in relation to Real Estate and produce monthly financial statements and supplementary reporting as required. ✓ Supply Tenant analysis and statements of Account as required. ✓ Ensure all Tenant administration duties are processed as per documentation as required.

✓ Performed general accounting functions, including preparation of journal entries, account analysis and Balance Sheet reconciliations. ✓ Accurately reconciled Bank Statements to Clients’ books and prepared financial statements, payroll and quarterly reports. ✓ Monitored and reviewed Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables regularly and intimated concerned Departments of the same. ✓ Ensured Financial Statements are in accordance with GAAP. ✓ Assist with Budget development and financial forecasting.
