TL;DR: “Flexiple helps companies build, manage & scale high-impact offshore teams & GCCs in India” Flexiple is the first company we set out to build. It has been a long journey of ~9 years which we began immediately after graduating from IIM Ahmedabad. We are making it super simple for global companies to access to top Indian talent. Flexiple is the only partner companies need for hiring, payrolling/ compliance, office space & IT hardware management and legal entity incorporation. We have succeeded in this endeavour because we are highly tech-driven, while also understanding the importance of human touch in the people's business. Together, we are able to provide speed & scale to our clients, while remaining a true partner catering to all their needs in their India-growth journey.

TL;DR: “Powering our dreams with ambitious side hustles” The side projects started for fun & experimentally while we were trying to build our other companies. As we got better at certain skills such as content production, SEO and building products, we realized that these could actually be monetized and so we did! GOAL The goal in the short-term is to fund buildd with the money we make from these side projects. Long-term we want these side projects to be a way to hone certain skills of ours further and also as solid cash cows. METRICS - 1st Niche website: $180,000 (~INR 1.4 crores) - Private ads: $60,000 (~INR 50 lakhs) - Affiliate revenue: $12,000 (~INR 10 lakhs)

TL;DR: “The best & most fun way to learn a business skill for free.” We love building companies and well, the entire world of business. buildd is just our way of expressing that love :P. Learning has become boring and painful. That will be changed with buildd where you can learn any business skill as if you were playing a game. GOAL buildd’s goal is to help a million people each year with their learning goals. Soon, when people want to learn a skill, their friends will ask them whether they are going to “buildd it”. Part of multiple remote teams who worked closely with Fortune-500 companies. Helped them generate higher ROIs by optimizing spend across a plethora of offline and online marketing channels using analytically rigorous mathematical models. Generic optimization tools in Excel and SAS were used for the analysis.

• Delivered savings of ~Rs 120mn over 2 years by 5 cost reduction methods including negotiations, alternate sourcing. • Achieved savings of ~Rs 50mn YoY for MSIL’s highest selling models through inner part localisation. • Responsible for ~Rs 2bn of department purchasing and 9 tasks involving Procurement & Development.
