With over eleven years of experience in human resources and industrial relations, I am a passionate and dedicated leader who strives to create a positive and productive work environment for employees and stakeholders. I currently serve as the AGM - Human Resources (Hr-Head for Maharashtra) with Medicover hospital comprising 5 Units . Ex.Unit HR Head at Karkinos Healthcare, looking after the Hr operations of 150+ bed cancer care hospital and research center in Imphal, Manipur, where I oversee the entire HR and IR functions, including licenses, liaison with government bodies, employee life cycle, statutory and compliances, and employee health and safety & also heading the Hr - compliance for pan India. I have a strong academic background and professional credentials that support my expertise in HR and IR. I hold a Master of Laws (LLM) in Labor and Industrial Relations from Annamalai University, a Diploma in Training and Development from the Indian Institute of Training and Development (IITD), and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Development from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management. I have also earned certifications in COVID-19 Management, Creating an Employee Handbook, and Strategic Human Resources from reputable institutions. I have successfully handled union negotiations, employee relations, grievance handling, recruitment, training and development, and CSR projects in my present and previous roles at Apollo Hospitals and LafargeHolcim.
