During my days as a Business Consultant, I've been cultivating my skills in Software Development Process. My skills involves requirement gathering, running session/workshops, preparing design documents, preparing test cases & testing the system, guiding users through SIT and UAT, and handling the deployment process. I'm a certified Salesforce admin and Salesforce consultant. My job is to relay the business requirements from the client to the team, design, and work with technical teams to implement the actual system.
