Led HR for Genpact's Hi-Tech and Manufacturing Services Vertical at its Kolkata Operations Centre. As HR Leader and Business Partner, was responsible for the site's 3000+ workforce, including recruitment & staffing, employee engagement and retention, compensation, performance management, growth, succession planning, retirals and communication as well as managing client relationships and partnership on all people programs. I also represented Genpact Kolkata in all external bodies & forums like State Govt. nodal agencies, Universities, ICAI and ICWAI, Chambers of Commerce, industry forums like CII and NASSCOM.

Designed and led the company's CSR strategy globally across 16 countries and in India in line with the new statutory CSR regulations as part of The New Companies' Act 2013. Was also Diversity Leader, driving key initiatives, especially the Daycare Program across India and Europe.

Hiring Leader for Kolkata and East from 2005 to 2013. Responsible for staffing for the Kolkata centre from start up stage in 2005 to a 2000+ strength bý early 2013. Established Kolkata as Genpact's destination for F&A business growth. Set up the Hiring operations for Kolkata and East with a network of Hiring Storefront teams spanning Kolkata, and 11 states of the East covering WB, Orissa, Bihar and Jharkhand and the North East. Partnered with Govt. nodal agencies in Orissa, Assam and WB to build brand visibility, joint recruitment, training and campus campaigns and key relationships with educational institutions, channel partner networks, to improve employable resource pool in the region. As Parichay Leader for India, took Genpact's Employee Referral program to new heights through standardized marketing initiatives and also used this channel to drive hiring for Diversity and Inclusive Employment. In addition , took on the role of Training and Communications Leader from 2009 to 2013. Led Corporate, Soft skills and Leadership trainings , New Hire and New Manager Integration, skills and competency building on Operationsl Excellence, People & Customer Management, Education@work, Knowledge Transfer for new business transitions and Knowledge Management. As Communications Leader, integrated the site to one organisation culture, led all internal and external communications and branding, Employee engagement and event management for employee retention and have been representing Genpact at all external bodies- CII, Chambers of Commerce, NASSCOM, others.

Designed and launched the Trainer Certification Program for the Global Training Organisation across all Genpact locations in 2010; Europe and China. Took Education@work penetration to 25% for Kolkata in '10, the highest across sites, in India. Established a strong New Hire integration & Managerial Effectiveness program during the critical phase of Kolkata's growth in '09. Helped establish Parichay (Genpact's Employee Referral program) as the largest contributing hiring channel in India with innovative schemes, employee incentives & creation of a Parichay portal for visibility & ease of access. Led the accelerated hiring drive to support the rapid growth of the site in '08-'09, with >70% growth (from 700 to 1200+) in numbers in a period of 2 quarters (Q4 '08 - Q1 '09) Grew the Genpact Kolkata site from start up to a size of 1200+ from '05-'09 with year on year growth in hiring for F&A businesses with a record zero defect rate across different bands/levels of recruitment since inception. Established the East Hiring Storefronts as the most successful storefronts in the entire country with the highest contribution & productivity year on year, sine inception in 2006 & >40% of storefront hires pan India. Built excellent partnerships with State Govts in Orissa & Assam, to launch joint employability initiatives.; Designed and set up a portal to enable online sales and enrolments for NIIT's learning business offerings Created a competency framework project with the National HR team to assess, structure and redefine the critical competencies for recruitment, training and development of sales staff in NIIT's learning business. As Regional Head at NIIT Kolkata, established clear market leadership through exceptional performance of business units on key metrics like Operating Profit, EVA and Quality of operations. As Industry Collaboration Head, set up a record 1000+ industrial training sites for students of NIIT's flagship GNIIT program

As part of the Global Design and Delivery team, was responsible for key projects with nation-wide scope : Online Sales, Ecommerce : design and rollout of a portal to enable online sales and enrolments for NIIT's learning business offerings. Restructuring the product portfolio for the Education business. Re-aligning the product offerings based on penetration levels of key towns. Creating a competency framework for hiring, training & deployment of sales staff.

Was responsible for driving growth in business& market-share, managing Operating Profits and EVA Ensuring Quality of operations & education delivery at all own and Business Partner centres.
