Operations: Manage the dispatch of commodities (coal, flux, iron ore, chrome ore) from vessels, rakes, and trucks across multiple ports (Paradip, Dhamra, Gopalpur, and Haldia), ensuring seamless import and export operations to end-users. 2. Project Coordination: Oversee total project supply chain management for outsourcing projects from prominent clients, including Vedanta, Rashmi Group, CIL, NTPC, Tata Steel, Rungta Group and AMNSIL. 3. Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, negotiate with vendors, and manage buyer-supplier relationships to drive business growth and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). 4. Proximate, Ultimate analysis of coal, GCV. Ash Fusion Temperature (AFT) analysis, Learned about sampling, sub-sampling of coal for quality monitoring. Learned basic about Petrological study of coal by microscopic techniques. Basic knowledge in X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) technique for phase identification and other quantitative analysis. Gained knowledge of Coal quality measurement like Proximate, Ultimate analysis as well as petrography. Learned about basic principles of other sophisticated instruments like X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) for chemical composition study.
