• Provide advice to the business on end to end BRM/CRM systems ability to support new products and services. Manage workflow, document and provide business requirement specifications, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities progressed according to predefined targets. • Liaise with internal departments to facilitate use of existing system functionality to meet new product pricing and call record rating requirements. Liaise with IT, and external vendors in relation to system and product configurations. • Develop and maintain relationships with and across functional areas within VHA that contribute to product and services development. • Manage technical product and system development related activities and ensure that business needs are defined and addressed fully and consistently, and that products are delivered speedily to market, utilizing current technologies, making effective use of resources across the business.

• Support Ops team with bill runs, payments, bulk system actions, rate plan and system configurations, business change releases deployment, ensure billing relevant IT systems running efficiently, effectively so that receiving high quality outcome • Troubleshooting and problem solving on bill issues for VHA; Communicate and suggest resolutions with VHA’s BA, solution designers, CRM L2/L3 team and other teams and vendors across EMS on business process or system issues • Assist team members with complex issues. Develop SQL or shell scripts when needed to solve system problems and to achieve system automations. • Engage in billing relevant projects, analyze system acceptance, and provide guidance to ops team on the usage of them. • Support monthly BAU release and projects system deliveries, through system acceptance testing result analysis to provide GO/No-Go and rollback or not system evidence for business decision • BAU billing configuration activities and Interconnect ops when doing as BCA and to cover other team members.

• Communicate with Product House, provide analysis on the requirements with the timeline, system impact and priorities • Perform BAU configuration in OPOM system, which is CRM systems used in Optus. Proceed with relevant projects • Search solutions for complex configuration tasks

• Communicate with BA on business requirement analysis, provide technical design and deliver the configuration to the business. • Configuration rate plans, Handset Installments, value add products, payments, discounts, marketing promotions and all other relevant billing changes. • Proceed with billing relevant projects, work together with billing external design and development team when required. • Assist team members with complex issues. Build Scripts when needed to solve problems. Search solutions for some complex configuration tasks. • Perform billing relevant query and clarification for business. • Maintenance of Model and development environment of billing/BSS systems, ensure availability and priority of model environment to BAU and project uses • Support SIT/UAT tests, Provide technical support when required • Perform Model BSS/Billing systems integration and releases implementation

• Participate in Data Warehouse design and build • Build and maintain excellent relationship with vendors and stakeholders internally and externally • Produce periodical data analysis reports as part of data warehouse use; Produce KPI for company departments and sales measurements; • Support marketing and business decision making by data extracted and analysis reports; Pre and post sales data analysis • Participate in constructing data security management standard in the company, ensure data security • Accountable for the team activities and results; -- • Participate in new business and products planning, initiating, deployment and launch on billing areas • Fulfill bill runs, support billing, invoicing, payment processes, ensure receiving high quality results • Optimize Billing business and system processes; ensure billing and BSS systems perform smoothly for customers satisfaction • Design solutions on relating billing projects, provide technical specifications to vendors and manuals to operations • Liaise with vendors on billing system issues, optimize testing plans, organize or participate in system upgrade and deployment depending on the scale • System development to support business, e.g.: participate in inter-connect data processing and balancing system and customer invoicing management system development
