Mapping requirement specific competency and qualification in collaboration with the client Use conventional online sourcing along with creative sourcing techniques to identify candidates and maintaining the pipeline of potential candidates Prepare the job description after understanding client's organisation requirements, reviewing resumes for appropriateness of skills, experience Consulted an early stage ed-tech start-up to setup the hiring process & scaled the team from 15 to 80 members in a record span of time

Ownership of end to end talent acquisition deliverables for a variety of business verticals across listed & unlisted companies across various industries PAN India and abroad Expertise on different sourcing portals i.e. Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, AngelList Responsible for full life cycle of recruitment like sourcing, shortlisting, conducting telephonic interviews Hire across industries, mainly into mid-level & leadership roles Identifying, interviewing and evaluating the potential candidates as per client's requirements Develop appropriate sourcing strategies for each role to develop and manage strong consultative relationships with the candidates Conduct regular QBR's with the client to gather their requirements and feedback
