* Lead and execute capex purchases for several mine sites, both in Indonesia and Malaysia * Lead and work closely with Project Department to execute new greenfield project in Indonesia * Coordinate and supervise local procurement team on each site to align with headquarter procurement strategy

* As PM&S (Plant, Material & Services) Lead, my main responsibilities are : * Lead and execute capex purchases for multiples business units * Lead and supervise tactical team on executing capex purchase * Coordinating capex purchase portfolio with respective stakeholders from multiple business units * Lead and supervise purchases based on category management approach * Execute sourcing event for MRO purchase and contract agreement * Engage and build relationship with stakeholders from various business units

Support the Head of Procurement in managing the Procurement Organization on-site operations and proactively develop Procurement solutions to achieve business operational needs - Support the Head of Procurement in collaboration with the Head of Strategic Procurement / Head of Source-to-Contract to identify and inform relevant business stakeholders on involvement in strategic category plan development - Serve as an advocate when involved in the design and/or implementation of Procurement improvement initiatives - Act as the point of contact for decision and influence in the business operation or unit for the category teams, strategic sourcing and procurement operations
