Hold accountability for partnering with the Business and Hiring Managers to ensure appropriate talent is sourced, attracted, and recruited into the organization to meet business needs in a timely manner; whilst acting as a subject matter expert for all activities relating to Talent Acquisition across Asia (China, Hong Kong, Japan, Taiwan, Vietnam, Singapore, Thailand & Philippines).

Drive strategic recruitment initiatives to build a strong talent pipeline and support a high-performance culture, leveraging diverse sourcing channels and managing key vendor relationships. Partner with universities and niche networks in wellness and lifestyle to attract specialized talent and lead targeted campus recruitment efforts. By analyzing recruitment metrics and market practices, I continuously enhance our hiring processes and support ongoing improvements in talent acquisition.

• Develop and lead high-profile foreign designers/architects recruitment project. Established the first international designer team of 20 in Tianhua leveraging LinkedIn and Cold Call • Discern & leverage on appropriate recruiting sources and liaise with multiple vendors (e.g.: global recruitment & internship agencies, university career offices) • Partner with China’s Top 8 Architectural Design Universities to drive campus recruitment campaigns and initiatives • Answer to and handle foreign employees’ work related questions and problems • Established and organize Tianhua Cross-cultural Social Club, a platform where both Chinese & foreign designers within and outside of Tianhua to exchange ideas and share professional knowledge

• In charge of overall operations of the Education Dept consisting of 20 teachers (10 ESL Teachers & 10 Chinese Teachers) • Execute Web’s teaching philosophy and learning models; Train and manage tutors and ESL full-time teachers
