As President & Thinking Partner, I am co-creating the evolution path of VON DER HEIDE as an HR solution provider and one of the first dialogical companies in the world, providing solutions in: Talent Acquisition, People Analytics and Employee Experience. Some of the things that I love to do are: - Co-create customized & world class HR solutions with clients - Act as Confidential Advisor for senior executives, listening life dilemmas to be solved in the workplace - Act as Thinking Partner with top executives, maintaining one-on-one dialogues to change transitional situations into transformational opportunities - Build less formal relationships but more effective workplace using agile approach; Count on creativity, strong ethic, and a deep-seated enthusiasm to foster individual progress with clients and teams - Show how to create data "based managements environments" including People Analytics as a new tool My biggest Challenge is to identify and show “what to do” to bring the Future to the Present at Work, to honor our raison d´etre. Transmit our values & vision to co-create the cultural framework along with the CEO and the Management Team of the company.
