Hired faculty and staff, oversaw curriculum for various departments and programs with the Arts and Humanities. Developed new programs. Helped coordinate a yearly SHOW; Music department put on a show for two weekend each February, called Sabre Show. It included a jazz band, singers and dancers, and the show was accompanied by a sit down dinner or brunch. I also represented Arts and Humanities on many commitees and the University.

I taught 6 or 7 classes of British and American Literature and advised the Yearbook and the Newspaper at Beloit Catholic.

My position began as writer of case statements and all documents needed for a new Development office. It has now evolved into working with the annual appeal and scheduling and carrying out reunions at sites the Sisters of St. Agnes have ministered since the mid 1800's. Most of the writing I do now is related to the reunions, and seperately I do quite a bit of writing for committees of the Congregation.
