Develop fundraising strategies to educate colleagues and encourage donor referrals Direct experience closing extremely complex gifts including real estate funded gift annuities and charitable remainder trusts, trusts funded with artwork, outright and restricted gifts of real estate, and outright and deferred gifts using qualified and non-qualified stock options.
