Work as QA Specialist with the some below main responsibilities: 1. Handle T4process including : T4 packages/ T4 uppers checking/ T4 running in production/ Give final decision about whether T4 pass or not. 2. Monitor the production processes to maintain the Brand standards. 3. Daily Lab test check. 4. Approve all incoming leather and other materials and components when factory highlights issues. 5. Final Inspection. 6. Set business goals base on Manager’s strategy and Brand’s target and plan/ Action to get success.

Main responsibility: * From 3 – 8/2012 : - Supervisor of MQA( Manufacturing quality assurance) department. 1. Managing the department with 40 people under my senior manager’s leading. 2. Making the decisions of receiving new staffs with final interview. 3. Joining in Nike’s training courses and then direct, trained staffs about Nike’s Standards. 4. Have monthly process auditing with SM and VSM of factory. 5. Checking weekly, monthly reports before staffs send to Nike customer. 6. Checking the work and the effectiveness of all sections related to MQA. * From 8/2012 to 6/2014 : - Supervisor of QA( Quality assurance) department. 1. Managing the department with 50 people under my senior manager’s leading. 2. Making the decisions of receiving new staffs with final interview. 3. Joining in Nike’s training courses and then direct, trained staffs about Nike’s Standards. 4. Have weekly, monthly Final Inspection in Finished warehouse with SM and VSM of factory. 5.Confirm and approve the materials with the sample shoes before releasing in the lines; 6. Checking the Quality reports before QA Staff send to another relating people or Nike customer. 7. .Reporting to Senior manager If there is any big problems about quality. 8. Checking the work and the effectiveness of all sections related to Quality. * From 6/2014 to 9/2014 - Supervisor of Lab and work as assistant for the senior manager of quality department: 1. Manage Lab’s department and connect with Nike Lab 2. Support Senior Manager to solve the shoes quality problems and some other ones as required. 3. Translate documents, prepare all documents and make report in the meetings for Senior Manager. 4. Interpret in meetings. 5.. Greeting Nike customers and visitors with Senior Manager at any time they visit to company
