Repurposed Lives - Repurposed Art Extending Grace is all about repurposing. In the 1970s, God got hold of us and told us about his purposes. What a journey it has been! Susan and Devon are both artists living in Youngstown, Ohio - a city that has seen its own share of transitions and repurposing. In July of 2016, we opened Extending Grace at 18 W. Liberty St., Hubbard, OH 44425 We are nestled into a lovely spot in Hubbard, Ohio (almost on the corner of Main and Liberty). We love to work with others, and it is in this environment that Susan and Devon, vintage & antique collectors and artists, create art, restore furnishings and re-purpose found objects. We work with all kinds of mediums; furniture, paper, paint, fabric and stone. “We hope you’ll get a sense of what we love, but we don’t want to be predictable. We want to inspire you along the way to create and re-purpose your own found objects. We love to tell a story with our work, and we’d like to encourage you to tell your’s.” Extending Grace is a certified vendor for Fusion Mineral Paint, Iron Orchid Designs, Howard’s, Monahan Papers, Bettie Confett, Juicy Christians & more. We have taken great care to partner with artists and antique lovers that share our vision. In addition to a lovely showroom, Extending Grace is very excited about our studio space. As an administrative surveyor, I apply the CARF ASPIRE standards which look at the overall administrative and management functions of an organization. My role is to apply the standards in a consultive manner with the goal of helping the organization engage in, and maintain, excellent business practices.
