* Operational Management of two sites:- * Fullarton Private Hospital * acute inpatient hospital for the care of adults and an adolescent services program. * Kahlyn Day Centre * a centre dedicated to the provision of care for private patients for whom outpatient programs and community services can offer a more appropriate treatment setting.

* Managed Albert Road Clinic, 80 acute mental health inpatient beds and associated day programs. 200 staff from different disciplines and assisted 40 Consultant Psychiatrists who practiced from ARC Consulting Suites. * Reviewed all local Policies and Procedures, aligned with evidence based and best practice. * Assurance of sustainable of workforce and developing capacity– emphasis on lines of reporting and development of clinical leaders through support, mentoring and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators. * Review of Intake processes – development of database with provision for reporting capability and analysis. Review of communication infrastructure and development of dedicated line for referring M.O.s

* Key Achievements / Experience * Appointed as the first DCS for Mental for Epworth Clinic – for the greenfield development of Mental Health services at Epworth HealthCare This was an important new position in the evolution of a new service. My initial processes included a strategic planning day (as recommended to the Divisional Executive), review of telephony and referral management, stakeholder engagement; development of the 'vision'. * During my tenure, my team and I have achieved: * a 398% increase in activity FY 2015/2016 * significant improvement in profitability * Commissioning and operationalizing of a new Unit in March 2016 * Establishment of an Aged Psychiatry Unit – 17 beds * Pilot of a Delirium Screening tool, and development of recommendations for whole of group in 2017; in readiness for response to ACQHS Standards to be released in 2018. * Achieved ACHS Accreditation * Building of relationships and frameworks to meet the needs of patients who are experiencing mental health issues, in the context of an acute medical admission, in the broader Epworth Group.
