I am passionate about accounting so much so that I use it in my everyday life. I have various spreadsheets to keep track of my personal finances and various other projects. My passion has led me to invent my own personal "bestoke" accountancy system which I keep up to date on a regular basis. The first time I balanced a trial balance, I felt on top of the world - as if I'd just won the lottery and it was from that moment that I knew accountancy was the field that I wanted to pursue. I have worked in various accountancy departments where I got the inspiration to further my knowledge by studying towards an accountancy qualification. I decided to do the AAT qualification which I passed first time and then progressed on the ACCA qualification. I am currently halfway through Level 2.
