• End to end recruitment of teaching and non-teaching employees as per UGC and other councils such as AICTE/BCI/COA/PCI/NCTE etc. sss • Manpower planning based on the projected student’s numbers for the upcoming academic session. • Direct coordination with VC, Deans and HOD for approval of projected, sanctioned, and approved numbers for faculty hiring. • Coordination with marketing and branding team to prepare the advertisement of the vacancy as per the UGC norms and publish the same in the newspapers and other professional platforms. • Collecting and sharing the accurate data related to faculty recruitment such as (Total sanctioned, total filled up and total vacant etc.) on University Activity Monitoring Portal to ensure the compliance of UGC. • Build a strong network of external experts of various subjects from premier institution to invite them in faculty interviews as per UGC. • Good hands-on experience of head hunting and poaching. • Handling all faculty affairs matter smoothly. • Ensuring monthly probation confirmation/extension of contracts/regularization of contract etc. • Office support to HR Head and other duties assigned by him. • Initiated streamlining of an online exit process, performance appraisal, grievance handling • Generating the appointment letter and sharing the same with the selected candidate along with other pre-joining forms and checklist of the documents. • End to End joining formalities of new hires which include smooth onboarding, filling out joining forms such as Joining report/ID card form/Application Form/Compliances related form like PF, gratuity, Medical insurance, GTLI etc.
