Make sure all ordered items and services are on schedule from Suppliers, Conduct Market Survey periodically, update pricing for all item every month to ensure credible and accountable data to support in decision making - Establish and Implement Purchasing Policies, Procedures and best practice - Direct Procurement polices to ensure all items are Purchased within budget and monitoring delivery time - Identify and source new supplier - Taking and monitoring all the HOE Items - Analysis Purchase up and down pricing
