Directly interacting with Sourcing team regarding finalization of Vendor/Sub-contractor for supply & civil - erection job for project and to provide the required support for the Tax related issues Service Tax,VAT,WCT applicable for the Sub contractor and ED,CST for Supplier. Maintaining month wise, project wise Sale-Purchase statement and sending the same to support the corporate Tax department. Maintain Cash Flow for the different projects/region & as well as for total business. Working Capital Management (Invoicing & Collection).Financial & Quantitative reconciliation, Facing Internal Audit process. Maintaining Debtors Aging customer wise/region wise for on time collection Co-ordination of Project deliveries from Procure to Pay stage i.e. Order logging, Lead time mapping, delivery co-ordination & payment to vendors Customer Invoicing & Documentation in highly complex Project environment. Assist Project Manager for collection & Quantitative Reconciliation of Receivables, Payables. Project Costing of different project for the successful closure of the projects with target Gross Margin.
