I am pleased to share that I will be beginning my Doctor of Science (DSc) program at Queen’s University this April—an exciting next step that reflects my dedication to advancing both scholarship and practice in the HR field. My career spans diverse sectors, including Healthcare, Post‑Secondary Education and Hospitality. This breadth of experience has strengthened my ability to enhance the employee experience, cultivate positive workplace cultures, and support organizations through complex change.
