I am an HR professional with a BBA from Jain University and an MBA in Human Resources & Marketing from Woxsen University. I started my career with Recykal, joining as a Talent Acquisition Intern and later being promoted to Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, I specialize in Non-IT hiring and also have growing experience in IT recruitment, contributing to the company’s talent growth strategy. Previously, I interned with ALPLA INDIA PVT LTD, where I gained exposure to operational HR, interview coordination, and digitalization projects.
