PATIENT CONVERSION FROM EMERGENCY, BED MANAGEMENT, ICU BED ALLOTMENT, COORDINATION WITH CONSULTANT, PANEL RELATED QUIERY, GUIDING STAFF AND PATIENTS THROUGH ADMISSIONS AND CORRECT MEDICAL ADMINISTRATIVE PROTOCOLS After having a successful execution of my duty as Team leader in Emergency at Venkateshwar Hospital, I have been assigned with an additional responsibility to take care of the Radiology Department, where I have been taking care of the patients in the ICU, as well as in the OPD, regarding their needs, tests, requirement of SCAN, ULTRASOUND, XRAYS etc, and, streamlining the procedures to get the things done smoothly and hassle-free. I have been very particular in seeing to it that priority is given based upon the condition of the patients.
