Hi, I am Supratik Swain, with over 3 years of experience in the venture capital and family office sectors. My expertise spans financial analysis, strategic decision-making, and stakeholder management, alongside identifying and supporting early-stage startups across various sectors. I have a structured approach to sourcing and evaluating companies, focusing on strategic insights to drive growth. Led events with Accel, OG Club, and IIT Kanpur Bangalore Chapter Supported early-stage founders in product hunt journeys, with some achieving Product of the Day 3 times. Currently organizing Asia’s largest Design and Code hackathon with PAN IIT Super interested to work on Marketplaces, Consumer tech, Healthcare. Outside of work, I enjoy learning about human psychology, how our mind and body work, and effective management tools. In my spare time, you’ll likely find me playing badminton, football, or diving into a good podcast.
