In this contract role, I lead full cycle recruiting and sourcing activities for various requisitions corresponding to mid-level and senior salaried roles for PepsiCo Beverages North America - West Division. ► Increased applicant flow in hard-to-fill roles by sourcing candidates through several activities including database mining and direct sourcing. ► Create, extend, and negotiate job offers, considering core components of compensation and total rewards. ► Provide talent insights and market data to the business on recruiting trends and talent market. ►Oversee the onboarding process for hired employees and follow up on the next steps.

In this final role with XPO Logistics, a NYSE-listed freight transportation company with 700+ locations, 44,000 employees, and $12B in revenue (in 2021), I served as Senior Corporate Recruiter Manager. I was responsible for the effective and efficient staffing of divided locations, domestic and cross-borders into Canada for experienced directors, branch managers, sales, entry-level sales, and carrier procurement sales for the 3PLservices in logistics. ► Developed a recruitment and staffing plan to fulfill the SC Logistics and Transportation Department and operational needs. Executed recruitment methods and strategies. ► Led the Recruiting and onboarding team for all domestic and Canadian branches.
